About Us

Patty has lived her whole life as a resident in the Round Lake, IL area. She is a full-time career woman and mom that utilizes her free time in the creative ventures of the art of food preparation. Patty’s background in cooking and entertaining for friends and family has given her much insight on techniques for cooking and presentation of many great dishes. Her desire to try new and exotic recipes has provided her with the insight for mixing flavors that absolutely please the palate as well as her flair for design which amazes the eyes. At any given time of the day you can find her in the kitchen cooking a meal or just experimenting with flavors. Many of the ingredients that Patty uses are grown in her own garden which guarantees freshness. Any time friends or family stop by, she will prepare a meal. It has been stated that “If you come to visit our house and you leave hungry, it’s your own fault.”

Tim has a background in the music and the broadcast industry that has led them to try something a little different together. His background in radio and video production has provided him the opportunity to teach at the Illinois Center for Broadcasting in Lombard, IL. He has his own production studio where he does voice over work as well as video production for local talents. Specializing in music video production he has done work for “CJ and Company”, “Phantom Reign”, motivational speaker James Roswell Quinn, and “On Time TV” as well as work for ESPN. He is also the lead singer and guitarist for a local classic rock band Elder Kaos.
